Here you can find the material to train at home. It is VERY IMPORTANT for every player to start doing work with the ball at home. EVERY DAY for 15-20 min. Players should start slow to make sure the technique is correct and then increase speed as they get comfortable. With every repetition player builds a MUSCLE MEMORY, so eventually,in the game he/she will use it with out thinking about it. Speaking from the experience, players who do the work with the ball consistently away from practice, will have significant advantage over players that do not.
