Henry Shterenberg
Program Director
Mr. Shterenberg’ s coaching career provided him an opportunity to work with children as young as 3 years old and with soccer players at the highest level of the game. Henry’s knowledge of the psychological development of children, the game, and his passion to transform kids into talented, well rounded, and smart athletes has aided in his success as a coach for over 20 years. Henry is a holder of English FA youth Diploma, United States Soccer Federation (USSF) “B” & “C” License, NSCAA Premier, Advanced National and National Diplomas, & MYSA “D”, “E”, “F” & “G” licenses.
Leonard Miti
Assistant Program Director
Mr. Leonard Miti’s degree in Physical Education with specialization in soccer-paired with his career as a professional soccer player in Europe have equipped him with theoretical and practical knowledge to coach soccer with great passion. For thirteen years, Leonard has trained numerous athletes, ranging from youth players to candidates preparing for college level, many of which currently play in major leagues overseas. His ongoing education in Sports Management provides Leonard with business management and leadership skills needed to guide quality players that aspire to a career in soccer.
Alex Shterenberg
Junior Assistant Program Director
Alex is a product of NESA FC Academy. He started with NESA FC at age of 3. Today he plays as a starting defensive center midfielder for New England Revolution Academy. Previously, Alex was lucky enough to play for MA State team, Olympic Development Program for Region 1 and last year received several call ups into US Soccer Federation ID training sessions.
James Rosso
Coach Assistant
James grew up playing for Mass Premier Soccer on the Cape Cod Crusaders Premier team in his youth and moved on to become a three year varsity soccer player at Hingham High School. James was an Eastern-Mass All Star both his junior and senior year at Hingham while being the captain and leading goal scorer in the Patriot League in his senior season. James is a four year member of the Babson Men’s Soccer team and was a starter for the program his junior and senior year helping his team to win two NEWMAC league championships in both of those seasons. James has one on one coaching experience and has coached soccer to children with disabilities at TOPS soccer.
Jon Bzdel
Coach Assistant
Jon has played soccer all of his life and grew up playing for Western United F.C., collecting two Massachusetts state championships over his career. He was a four-year starter and senior captain at the Williston Northampton School where he helped lead his team to three class B NEPSAC playoff berths. Some other highlights include: a gold medal in the Massachusetts Bay State Games, all-state selection, two time WNEPSSA all-star, and making the ODP U-17 regional players pool. Jon played for the Men’s Soccer team at Babson College where recurring knee injuries cut his career short. He has experience coaching young teams where he grew up and with Super Soccer Stars.
